Experience luxury living with our fully equipped kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, pots and pans, cooking basics, etc. From baking a cake to cooking a gourmet meal, we have everything you need to enjoy a delicious meal. When the sun is shining, use our barbecue to grill your lunch while the rest of the group refreshes in the saltwater pool; we provide a complete barbecue grilling kit so that you don't have to buy anything other than the food.

After a day spent in the crystal clear water of South Beach, we will also provide clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer in every bathroom for you to enjoy in the bath.

Great spot for a big group!

Booked this place for my sister’s bachelorette party with 10 people total and the space was great. We had a nice time and the host was very helpful and responsive. We even got to check in early on the day of our arrival. The pool was a little warm at first and the outdoor fridge was not working but we quickly sorted it out with the host. The outdoor area is super nice and we even had a hibachi chef come and cook for us in the outdoor area. The neighborhood is nice and we felt safe going on walks around and to Publix. It was very easy to get Ubers and get around Miami.

Overall, a good stay

The location was very good, close to the Heat stadium, downtown & the beach. Pool area was nice. The house & neighborhood were pleasant. The house was a mix of new & updated and some minor idiosyncrasies like faucets turning the opposite way, neglected plants and no nightstands. The tile floors had a slick film that wore away eventually but we had to tread carefully for a while. Missing some basic items like dish soap & dish towels and laundry detergent which, with 10 people were necessary so we had to buy those, kind of a bummer. Overall, a good stay.

Clean place, good location

Stayed here with 9 of my friends, it was nice and clean. The owner was very responsive and flexible, appreciated the last minute accommodation for early check in, overall was a wonderful stay. Thanks Carlos!

Excellent house for a group!

The house was as described and really clean. Plenty of space for a group, lovely pool and outdoor area. Host communication was great! A couple bedrooms stayed warm due to no air conditioner in them but the rest of the house was comfortable temp. We really enjoyed our stay.
