Visit world famous Siesta Key Beach and stay in this newly renovated cozy 5 bedroom 4 bath home. This home is less than 500 yards to more private Shell Beach and only a 5 minute drive to Siesta Key Beach! When you don’t have your toes buried in the fine white sand sun bathing with friends and family, relax on the large private pool patio. Plenty of room for everyone to relax under the lush tropical palm landscape or take a swim into the heated pool and spa. Kick back in the evenings around the propane fire-pit and enjoy cooking on the grill. This home features 3 master bedrooms with attached full bathrooms. Both of which have direct access to outdoor patio. A fourth bedroom has a private outdoor sitting area accessed through a sliding glass door. All bedrooms (except bunk bed room) are fitted with large smart TV’s. Have fun cooking and eating in the updated kitchen with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools needed to prepare a gourmet meal. Wake up with a hot cup of coffee brewed from either of the 2 provided coffee makers (12 cup drip and Keurig or keg cups). Enjoy your coffee and breakfast sitting at the outdoor dining table while you admire the morning sun shine through the Florida palm trees. Great family house.

This house was perfect for our family! We had plenty of space and we loved the outdoor patio, hot tub & pool. The house is close to everything. I would only suggest that the fan in the bunk bed room be moved to a different spot.

Beautiful home with plenty to do close by...

Cooking supplies are limited for a large group. We enjoy eating out once a day. Diswasher does not function properly. The pool use was very cool the hot tub was nice. The fan on the ceiling in the room with the bunkbeds does not leave space for a child to get in and out of bed safely, i think separation of the twin beds would be beneficial to future guests. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!

great family house

The house was great for three generations to stay with 5 bedrooms. It was very clean and when we noticed a couple things we needed for the kitchen, the house manager came over with them on Christmas Eve day. We went to the small beach one day but enjoyed the larger beach that was just a short drive away. We also enjoyed the bicycles that were available to us. I would definitely recommend this house and plan to return soon!

We had a great stay at this property. spacious and clean good outside space to spend time in pool and grill area. about 5-10 min drive to public beach. and the town center is a great evening go out with family and friends.
