This house is conveniently located close to at least 4 major Springfield streets and it is within a block of Mercy Hospital. This puts it very close to Bass Pro Shops, MSU, other colleges, Bass Pro, Wonders of Wildlife, and just 45 minutes away from Branson. Lots of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and anything else you need is close by. This is a newer home nestled into an older neighborhood- so it has a modern style with vaulted ceilings in living room, dining and master BR suite and an open floor plan.

The eating bar is especially nice for serving food, working at your laptop, or just extra seating for dinner together. Vaulted ceilings make it feel spacious. Small deck outside but there is room in yard to spread out.
