After going up the stairs to the house, you'll enter into a cozy screened in porch, and then onto the open kitchen and living area. Primary bedroom with ensuite is on the 1st floor, with 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd floor. Take advantage of all the outdoor areas, outdoor shower, and covered parking (3-4 vehicles) as well! There's even overflow parking in a nearby lot (no charge).

Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.

PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

This home is less than a mile from downtown Bethany Beach and a short drive from the other beach resorts of lower Delaware and Ocean City, MD. The community of Bahamas Beach Cottages is a beautiful, family-friendly neighborhood!

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the trash cans in the parking area.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.

Our Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% of the nightly rate, plus the cleaning fee.
If guests cancel within 7 stays of check in, no refund will be sent.
