It was clean, quiet, lots of space and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes pots and pans silverware and cooking tools. Living room comfortable, lots to watch on tv when we were there. Downside: the beds were way too soft.

Perfect for our needs

Our second time staying here while attending an event at Perry Agricenter for NJSA Southeast Regional. Mel’s house is perfect with 2 bathrooms for multiple people getting ready at the same. Easy to get to in a quiet area. Has what we need including laundry for before we leave. Thank you.

GA Nat'l Fair Swine Show

The house was perfect for what we needed...sleep! After a long day at the fair grounds we were able to take about a 25 min drive to find comfort of a shower and bed. The house is a little dated and there are repairs that need to be made but other than that, it was clean. Two of the beds do not have a box spring which made it uncomfortable to sleep well. The toilets need some repairs due to constantly running even after wiggling the handle and one of the showers constantly runs water from the tub spout. Owner always communicated well.

Location

Great place for a older place. spacious however grass was high lots of limbs in yard, porches not swept or web free for enjoying sitting outside. Cold water spicket in small bathroom didn’t work no extra toilet paper no extra trash bag for taking out trash and bedroom with king bed had no dresser or any where to place suitcase. Soap dispenser in bathroom and dish detergent was watered down. Light over kitchen sink didn’t work. However, there were upgraded counter top appliances which were very nice and owner is super nice and very easy to work with. Would stay again
