Whether its biking, hiking, golfing, tennis or pickleball you enjoy, North West Arkansas provides it all. Located in Bella Vista our home is the perfect getaway to relax and unwind.
Affectionately named Bike House (because that's why we love it) our home provides ammenities for 7. You will find our 3 bedroom 2 bath home offers spacious living, dining and sleeping. Game night? We've got you covered with a card/game table that doubles as additional dining space if needed. Or stay in and relax on the comfy couch and watch your favorite show. Enjoy dinner on the patio or smores around the fire pit in our large fenced back yard.
Bike Kiosk under patio with maps of all nearby trail systems, bike rack and cleaning station. Bike lock provided.

Great for a bike getaway!

Came for a long weekend to mountain bike. The house was so nice! We loved the neighborhood and close access to back 40 trails. We also loved the deck and backyard for hanging out with our pup and enjoying morning coffee and a bonfire. Highly recommend!

NWAR MTB Vacation for Three

Had a great MTB vacation in NWAR and a comfortable seven days residing at the NWA Bike House. My biking companions and I enjoyed an early breakfast followed by long days on single track. The NWA Bike House was clean and comfortable and was perfectly located on the Back 40 trail and Blowing Springs Greenway for easy access to Slaughter Pen, etc. Also, the NWA Bike House is only a short/quick drive to a wide variety of restaurants, breweries, bike shops, etc. in the Bentonville/Bella Vista area. This is the second year in a row that my friends and I have rented the NWA Bike House. We all agree that we'll be back next fall for our annual MTB vacation together. Everything about this house fills our needs. Quiet neighborhood, great deck just off the family room, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. The home is well kept with no noticeable issues needing repair - none. I've stayed at many VRBO's over the years and the NWA Bike House rates at the top. The owners of the home were super responsive when we had questions and made our stay at their vacation rental home simple and easy. Why stay anywhere else? This VRBO has it all!

Excellent MTB in Bville

We brought the whole family, which included 2 adults, three kids, and a dog, and we all had a fantastic time. The neighborhood was quiet and well-kept. The house was beautiful and overall lovely. We loved biking nearby and driving into Bentonville was super quick. House had a large kennel, dog bowls, and even a pack-and-play if needed. They had a nice large backyard to relax, and the Air hockey table was a blast for the whole family. I would highly recommend :)
