About this property

Blessings Beach is an attractive townhome located on the north side of 30A across from the popular shopping complex, the Hub. It is between Rosemary and Seaside with other available amenities along the way, such as multiple entrances for beach access, restaurants, shopping, and the newly renovated, Dear Lake State Park. The townhome itself is 1,182 square feet with a one car garage, a master suite, a guest bedroom, a sofa bed, two bathrooms, and an open concept living room, kitchen, and dining room. The open concept space opens up to a large elevated balcony view to the rest of the community. Guests of the townhome will have access to the amenities within the Prominence community, such as an outdoor pool, small gym, and of course, a direct walkway to the Hub.

Great place to stay

This was our first time to the 30A area and we stayed in the perfect spot. This condo is within easy walking distance to pool and the Hub. We did have to drive to the beach but didn’t mind that at all. This was a very clean place with comfortable beds and sofa. Have absolutely no complaints and would stay here again!

We loved this stay in prominence!

This was our 5th summer visit to prominence, and it didn’t disappoint. This condo has very comfortable beds and a very comfortable couch. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. Years ago the rules of drinks in and around the pool were lenient, but now they are very strict. Your drink must be 4 feet away from the pool and there was always someone there to enforce it. We don’t love this, but it is a really nice pool and really large with lots of chairs to accommodate all the housing in the neighborhood. We rented bikes across the street at The Hub and rode our bikes to public beach access about 1 mile to the East, which we loved because those little accesses are not as crowded. Our kids are 9 and 13 so they are capable of bringing all their own necessities in a backpack. We also always enjoy walking across to the Hub for snacks, meals, live music and shopping.

Grrat family trip

House was perfect and we enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to the pool and The hub. Enjoyed having extra beach chairs and toys.

Spring Break Vacation

The property owner and neighborhood for this rental were great during our stay. The location is very convenient to the hub and my kids loved the community pool. The property owners were very responsive to our inquiries and promptly provided all the information needed for our stay. Since it was spring break week, it was a busy time for vacationing in the area and it was difficult during peak times to find vehicle parking at nearby shopping, eating, entertainment areas, and public beach access locations. I would recommend renting bicycles if vacation with adults or older children. Overall a great stay and my family would recommend staying again in the future.
