Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. The property was nice. It’s in need of some small tlc. I do not recommend using the bunk bed. It’s very unstable and not safe for two kids to sleep in. Unfortunately our daughter had to sleep on the couch and our son on the floor. We could not utilize the sleep sofa since we did not bring linens. Our son did try to sleep in the bottom bunk, but with every movement it would squeak and move. Needless to say they did not rest well. No parking pass was provided for us when we arrived so unfortunately the man who I am assuming is the property manager liked to give us parking violations. We did get a pass from him the next day but did forgot to display it on the dashboard one evening after dinner and received yet another parking violation. From then on we opted to park on the street. He was not very welcoming and the residents were not either. Many notes hung everywhere for renters to read on the property. We had no wifi as the network provided was never available. Other than some minor bumps in the road we enjoyed our stay. Thanks for providing the property!

Nice location but some issues

The location of this condo was really nice. It was close to the ocean (although couldn’t see it due hotel in front of it) but easy walk to the beach. The condo was decorated nicely. There were some issues with this place and I wouldn’t go back here. The bunk bed squeaked every time you moved!! I ended up sleeping on the couch. Wasn’t very clean. Although no smoking, apparently the place next door was smoking because several times the condo smelled like smoke (noted by my 11 year old granddaughter). Feel bad making bad reviews because the place was actually very nice.

Blue water East N 303

The condo itself was ok. Lots of other things that we didn’t like. First the pool was not open all week. Then the internet went out on our second day. Not very happy about that.
