In a quiet residential area, the house is on a cul-de-sac, framed with opaque hedges.
The wooden entrance door, supported by pillars, leads to the southern gravel garden with olive trees, oleanders, white roses, lavender and agapanthus.
In front of the kitchen entrance, a dining area was designed around an old fountain.
You can drive to the side of the property through a portal, where bicycles are also available.
We continue to the kitchen, which has been individually designed with its old wooden doors and granite work surfaces. The centerpiece is the Lacanche stove, a professional gas stove with 5 gas burners, a Teppanaki plate, 2 ovens and a heating cabinet. All the necessary equipment for preparing the treasures of the surrounding markets are available here.
The entire living area on the ground floor is equipped with solid dark oak floorboards, the beams of the ceiling are kept bright, the walls are painted in warm tones.
A two-leaf wooden door leads to bedroom 1 with a comfortable bed (160 x 200 cm) with a view of the built-in closet that hides the large TV.
From here, too, the garden with gravel terraces and the typical hydrangeas opens up through glass doors. There are also comfortable sun loungers there.
Next to the bathroom door, an old sandblasted oak staircase leads to the upper floor.
On one side you go through a dressing room with fitted wardrobes and a glass studio wall and a bay window to bedroom 2 with a double bed 160 x 200. If necessary, a baby bed and changing table can be set up.
In the middle of the upper floor there is a toilet with a washstand.
Bedroom 3 with its 180 x 200 cm bed and a bay window has natural-colored beams and a roof window.
All beds are equipped with good mattresses made in Breton, all windows with custom-made blackout panels.
All rooms can be heated electrically.
The surrounding beaches are 1.2 to 2.4 km away, bike paths have been extended to Fouesnant, maps for signposted hiking and biking trails can be found in the house, you can reach the "sentier côtier" along the entire Breton coast Kerveltrec beach, which opens the view between old gnarled oaks and pines to the Bay of Concarneau.
A variety of water sports can be found on the long beach of Cap Coz, 2.8 km.
The next baguette is available in the Superette at 800m, in the season also on Sundays.
Good supermarkets are not far, markets in the area almost every day of the week and of course restaurants and creperies with Breton specialties.
