Don't stay here
This was a horrible experience. I would stay with this renter there are lots of rentals here. It all started after checking in after coming back from disney we wanted to relax at the rental but the Pool was green! The pool guy just got there and he said in 4 hours the pool should be clear not a good start. Then the fire alarm was going off every minutes saying low battery. I reached out to the landlord but he never responded the pool guy knocked on the door saying he was going to change the batteries. We couldn't put up with the. noise so I told the pool guy the door is open we are going out for a few hours. We came back 4 hours later. The pool was clearer so that was nice but the fire alarm was going off every minute still. I tried texting and calling the landlord he got back to me about 40 min after my attempts saying he was on the phone to get someone to fix this. While we were trying to get in touch with landlord we went to the store t get snacks. We returned around 900. The alarm still broken text the landlord and he says send me a video are you kidding me now we are 5 hours in and every minute the alarm goes off. For 1.5 more hours I am still trying to get this resolved finally I went to the store and got batteries for a stool that my son could stand on and change the batteries. Now at midnight I get a call from my son at the gate they won't let him in he isn't on the list. I provide a list to them two weeks before coming here but the landlord never submittedn it.
