Brand new!!!, This beautiful, spacious and luxury Townhome is located in a resort style neighborhood just 13 miles from the Disney World theme parks area, private and Heated Pool in one of the most exclusive neighborhood in the city, with access to The Champions Gate Country Club that is rated 4.4 in one of the best golf magazines.

5 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms, 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 Twin beds, 1 Bunk Bed with a Full and Single bed. Great for the best vacations ever!

The Space:
This spacious Townhome can accommodate 11 people. With 4 full bathrooms, 2 of them en-suite provides plenty of private space for all parties. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen that looks over the living room and sunny patio. The first bedroom downstairs has one queen bed and the second bedroom two twin beds. The third bedroom upstairs has another queen size bed, the fourth bedroom have a Bunk bed with a full and a single bed and finally the Master Bedroom with a King Size Bed. Out back is a fun patio with the pool. The living space is perfect for dining and family gathering.

Entertainment:
Each bedroom is furnished with a flat screen SmartTV and access to complimentary Wifi Main living area has a large 65 LED 4K flat screen with roku tv.
