This mid-century ranch style home is 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 1081 sq ft. Two fully furnished bedrooms and a third bedroom converted into a wfh-friendly office with a small futon for additional space.

This cheerful and whimsical home is an amazing recharge and relax space, and has been set up to be a fully-equipped home away from home for business travelers, temporary relocation, and other mid-term renters. The minimum stay is 31 days.

I love this home, I lived here for 10 years, and loved how central it was to everything I might need. The neighbors are longterm owners and are friendly. The backyard is dog-friendly with a spacious lawn, white rock and decomposed granite, and 100% pet friendly plants.

Though the home looks classic, it is outfitted with modern upgrades and amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Enjoy weekends in midtown with craft fairs, food festivals, and brewery crawls. Autumn in Sacramento is all about apple hill, corn mazes, and night of the living dead in the park. Come explore what makes our city a hidden gem!

Cute 60s-style decor that is fully stocked amenities. The binder with all needed info and the love lovely hamper of local foods was the perfect touch!
