Perfect for my wife and I.

My wife and I stayed here for an anniversary trip. The room was nice and new. Location is really close to the freeway so anywhere we went it only took 15 minutes. They thought of everything in the room to make our stay more enjoyable. We had everything we needed and the view from the room was awesome. They communicated with us very well and even helped us with recommendations on the fly. Would definitely stay here again.

Five ⭐️ Luxury Property

My husband and I stayed here for a week for our anniversary vacation. The property owners are very friendly and responsive. The suite smelled clean and was spotless when we arrived. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Not only are the appliances, furniture and fixtures upscale, but they thought of the small things too—filtered water, coffee pods, makeup towels, charging stations. The Wi-Fi was top notch, along with the perfect sized TV for the suite. We would definitely try to book this property again if we come back to San Diego! My only (small) suggestion/comment is that the stairs going up to the suite were slippery the first few days, so I had to start taking it slow and holding onto the handrails.

What a view!

The studio was even better than the description. We so enjoyed sitting at the table in front of the window and just looking out at the bay. We watched the boats and jet ski's zoom by and we even saw the fireworks over Sea World. The place was super clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything you needed. The rain shower was wonderful. The place was quite and private. It was centrally located in a cute little neighborhood close to the farmers market, restaurants, and shops. Budd and Matt were great hosts! You can tell they really put thought and care into all the special details of the place. They checked in with us via text once we got there to see if we needed anything and were available if needed but gave us our privacy. We look forward to staying here again.

Perfect

Very nice studio apartment. Clean, organized, beautiful view and great hosts. Super dog friendly yet no signs of prior dog damage. Well stocked with thoughtful items like beach chairs and filtered water. Will definitely stay here again.

Extended weekend getaway

The property and hosts are both beyond amazing! Brand New room with all the amenities, and is small dog friendly. Definitely making this a favorite spot to stay when wanting to be close to Mission Bay. Thanks so much for the hospitality and quality!
