Furnishings include a sofa bed, armchair, and TV. Step out to the balcony to enjoy the fresh coastal breeze. Whip up tasty home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen. You’ll find a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample granite counter space.

Wake up to views of the beach in the peaceful primary bedroom. Watch a movie on the TV, or relax on the balcony. The guest bedroom is furnished with another comfy queen-size bed, as well as a desk and a DVD-equipped TV (no cable). The updated bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower with a built-in seat.

Pour a cup of coffee and head out to the balcony. A pair of bistro tables offer seating for four and panoramic vistas. Make a splash in the shared pool, or play a game of tennis at the on-site court.

THINGS TO KNOW
Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
There is a $10 dog clean-up fee, per stay, payable to the condo upon check-in.
There is a shared washer/dryer for the building located on the first floor.
Construction is occurring at the complex which will affect the view from the property. Heavy equipment may be heard from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
