Alfresco cooking is a breeze in the outdoor kitchen, configured with a gas grill, mini-fridge, and a wet bar. The private second-floor balcony features lake views, offering the perfect boat-watching perch.

Your high-end oasis boasts vaulted ceilings in the great room, a light-filled space detailed with a smart TV. Find another living room with a smart TV and fine furniture upstairs. Let your culinary imagination run free in the professional kitchen, outfitted with plenty of counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, French-door fridge, and an island. Head to the patio if you prefer to dine outdoors.

Each bedroom is outfitted with a smart TV. The tranquil primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and water closet. One of the guest bedrooms also has an en suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided.

The Reserve does not offer watercraft rentals. Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive information on local watercraft companies that deliver to The Reserve Marina.
Vacasa does not manage the common areas at The Reserve at Lake Travis, and unfortunately, the resort amenities are closed until further notice.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
