Located in the Royal Sands community, this 5BR/4BA home is perfectly suited for group fun by the Gulf. The community boardwalk is just a short walk from your rental and guides you over the dunes to the beach. Later, enjoy a refreshing dip in the two on-site pools. Explore shops and restaurants in downtown Port Aransas or stroll trails in the nature preserve.

At home, three balconies provide lovely views of the neighborhood and lake. Added perks include a PlayStation 4, a desk with monitor, a modern kitchen, and quality furnishings throughout.

LIVING AREA

The living area is outfitted with two armchairs and a sleeper sofa. Watch favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or simply kick back and enjoy the natural light.

The desk area offers a monitor and plenty of space to set up your laptop.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless appliances, including double ovens. Make use of the Keurig and enjoy morning coffee at the kitchen bar for two.

BED & BATH

This three-story home sleeps 14 guests between five bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The primary suite features a king-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the community lake. The en-suite bathroom boasts a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a deep jetted bathtub.

The second bedroom holds a full-size sleeper sofa, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV with a PlayStation 4. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin-size trundle and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The fourth bedroom and fifth bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. The fourth bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

With two balconies at the back of the house and one on the front, you’ll be able to enjoy a full island panorama. Barbecue tasty meals on the gas grill on the back patio. An outdoor shower is handy after fun-filled beach days.

Take a dip in the nearby community pools, which are unheated and open for year-round use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
