An extra-large sectional in the living area provides an abundance of plush seating. Stream favorite shows on the 65” smart TV or simply sit back and enjoy the natural light. Gather in the game room for hours of fun! Hold a tournament on the shuffleboard table or set up a board game from the provided collection. You’ll also find a 65” smart TV and comfy armchairs. Home chefs will be delighted to find a full suite of stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Sweeping granite countertops offer plenty of prep space. When you’re ready to eat, gather in the dining area.

This home sleeps up to 10 guests in four bedrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a 55” smart TV. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds a king-size bed and a 50” smart TV. The adjacent bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a king-size bed, while the fourth bedroom has two queen-size beds. Both bedrooms also have a 50” smart TV. The third bathroom offers a tub/shower combination. The fourth bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and can also be accessed from the pool area.

Spend leisurely days in your sun-kissed backyard with a game of washers. Dip in the sparkling pool or unwind in the hot tub. The alfresco lounge is outfitted with a sofa, two armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. Prepare tasty meals at the outdoor kitchen, which has a gas grill, a sink, and a dining table. For aquatic adventures, launch the two provided kayaks from your private dock. The covered, furnished balcony sets the scene for laid-back gatherings in the shade.

For relaxing days on the sand, travel three miles to Rockport Beach. It's also three miles to downtown for dining and shopping. Boaters will appreciate being just 0.7 miles from the marina at the Key Allegro Yacht Club.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
