Boat or RV parking is available in front or on the side of our property which boasts a large empty lot for easy access throughout your stay. Our back yard is enclosed and equipped with a BBQ and beautiful sitting area for evening relaxation.

Our Large Master bedroom is furnished with a Cal King size luxury bed to offer you that 5 star feeling. Large walk in closets are just one of the added features to this Master suite. Private bathroom with his and her sinks are the perfect added privacy feature that you deserve. Large walk in custom shower awaits you privately to get ready for that perfect night on the town.

Enjoy your favorite sports games on our oversized smart TVs located in every room. Each bedroom features luxury goose down bedding and pillows
and Beds are equipped with new pillow top mattresses to ensure a great night sleep. We carry two twin size blow up mattresses and a queen size blow up mattress just in case your sleeping accommodations require them.

Winter Escape

Overall, the location was great, close to conveniences, and highway 95. There was plenty of parking available for our trucks and atv trailers. The house was lovely, and had the amenities to make our stay enjoyable. WiFi, internet and television were problematic at the beginning of our stay, but the issues were resolved. I would book this home again.

Best stay in Lake Havasu

Everything was great, very clean and organized. We were very comfortable, neighborhood quiet. I found the right place to stay whenever I visit Lake Havasu.

Immaculate home

House was very clean and everything appeared to be new. Television in every room, just used our own sign in for Netflix. Empty dirt lot next door for boat parking. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderfully appointed! More than clean

Staged like a model home - but felt super comfy and welcoming. The owner was very responsive, had everything set to make you feel at home. Endless towels, pillows, linens for a great night after getting off the water. We have a Nordic 28’ Heat and there is plenty of room to pull up either parallel to the house, or they offered the dirt area right next to the house. So that worked out great. Thank you much!!
