Newly purchased and renovated. Best location right on the beach, within walking distance 1/2 mile to 10 restaurants or enjoy 3 mile walk along the beach. Best beach location on Marco Island. Enjoy salt pool, hot tub, pickle ball, and tennis courts. Weekly or monthly rentals available. New comfortable beds, appliances, completely new furnished/decorated top to bottom, all the beach gear you need, and excellent cookware in fully stocked kitchen to enjoy all the conveniences of home. Stacked washer and dryer.
Master bedroom has new king bed and mattress. Second bedroom has 2 new queen bunk beds with pull out twin XL trundle. Pull out sofa with new memory foam mattress in the living room. Pack and play is also found in the master closet for use. Max allowed in condo is 6 persons per condo regulations.

Penthouse 17th floor at Sea Winds. Best view ever! Perfect location to numerous restaurants. Condo was well stocked. King bedroom 👍 bedroom #2 had bunk beds that took up a lot of room.

Great location and sunset view from the balcony!

We loved staying in this 17th floor condo on Marco Beach. It is exactly as described and includes everything you need for the beach, cooking, pickleball and more.The furniture and beds are very comfortable, including the lounges on the balcony with cushions. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Marco Island.

Perfect winter getaway

You can’t beat the views and the condo was immaculate. Loved the location and ease of getting to the beach (especially with kids). We hope to be back!

So beautiful!

This condo provided a gorgeous place to spend time - and we were there a great deal, cooking and relaxing on the balcony watching dolphins, pelicans, people and sunsets! The 17th floor has gorgeous views, and the condo itself has beautiful, peaceful, lovely decor. We do almost all our own cooking and the kitchen supplied all the utensils and devices we could need. It is also walking distance to some of the island's well-known restaurants, including two that are accessible from the beach. The onsite staff is friendly and helpful. Hosts Michael and Tonya were easily available for any questions, and we even had the chance pleasure of meeting Michael while there. Thank you both for sharing your home in Paradise!

Why they chose this property

There are only 2 main condo rentals on the beach in Marco Island that have 2 bedroom condos that allow weekly rentals. We are so excited to be a Sea Winds. They really take care of the condo unit throughout the years and the convenience is unbeatable. We use VRBO regularly with our vacation stays and excited to offer the best experience possible.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location, and beach for miles. This is the place to be in Marco Island. Not many rentals have a new comfortable king bed and queen beds, we really look for this when we are traveling with our family. The rooms are smaller 10x11 but the beds fit well within the rooms. When we stay with family or friends I prefer large comfortable beds and the black out curtains so we can really sleep and relax during the week and recharge. We also love to cook so we made sure the kitchen is fully stocked. All the beach essentials are in the storage unit for use 4 new beach chairs, a cart, umbrellas, beach blanket, cooler, beach towels. Also equipped with volleyball net and spike ball. Football, shovels/buckets, boogie board and all you will need for the week.
