Very spacious 2 Bedroom ( 1 king/1qn ), 2 Bath condo, 1st floor, on pond. Sleeps 4ppl. Recently renovated, main room with 75 in. smart tv and sofa bed. Coffee/wine bar, stocked kitchen, 43 in. tv in both bedrooms. Washer and dryer inside the unit. Safe and Convenient location to downtown, beaches, historical sights. Shopping, restaurants, airport.

One assigned parking space.
Trailers, boats, buses, commercial vehicles displaying logos and RV’s are not allowed to be parked on premises.
A $200 per pet fine if in unit + damages and cleaning.
10p quiet time inside/outside.
No pets, parties, or “gatherings” allowed.
