The waterfront complex is located down a quiet street that is perfect for an early morning stroll yet only a 5-minute drive to food, shopping, and entertainment.

Want to rent a boat, jet ski, kayak? No Problem!
Local boat rentals and more are available right across the bridge. Our condo is equipped with a covered boat stall that is also at your disposal should you want to rent a boat for multiple days or even bring your own down to the lake! You will need to launch your boat at the Marina across the bridge or head to Majestic Lodge Park. Beacon Manor does have a secure trailer parking area though.

The property was as advertised. The location was perfect for easy access to everything I needed. From the moment I booked Sally the property manager answered all my questions in detail. I booked the off season and initially traveled alone. Sally was very helpful, easing my mind that I would have access to everything I needed from getting my items into the condo, parking & codes. I loved the windows in every room of the Condo. It was stocked with everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, a big walk in shower and plenty of room along with an office. During my stay I had a couple hiccups that Sally and the owners handled immediately. I had to leave early due to a situation back home. The owner was very kind to communicate with and handle the situation with integrity. Thank you Sally & the owners for making my stay perfect. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a gateway to Hot Springs.

Awesome unit and location

We stayed here with our 3 boys for the eclipse. This is a large, clean, unit that is accurate to pictures. The location to Hot Springs NP was perfect for us, we appreciated having a quiet place to head back to at the end of our day. The pool was closed in early April but looked very nice and the lake views are beautiful. Communication with Sally was prompt and helpful when we had an issue with the PIN code to get in. We loved this unit and if we come back to Hot Springs, I would absolutely stay here with our kids again.

Very nice place. Clean and quiet. We enjoyed time at the pool relaxing and watching the boats and lake activity. It was nice to know we were in a gated area.

Family Derby Weekend

This property was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Beautiful views of Lake Hamilton from the huge windows. Very clean and comfortable and close to restaurants and Oaklawn. We will definitely be back to visit again soon.

Why they chose this property

Beacon makes for a wonder vacation rental property. I also have an Uncle that lives in Beacon Manor. He loves it there.

What makes this property unique

Location, great pool, work out room, tennis courts, close to marina and on the north edge of Lake Hamilton's activity central. Also, close to the By-Pass so easy to get anywhere in the city of Hot Springs. Beacon Manor IS in the city limits. My kids absolutely LOVE coming to Hot Springs. We do a fun activity with them every day when we are here for a visit.
