This stunning home sleeps 12 people! Located on 150 feet of water frontage this property is the perfect home for boat owners who want to bring their boat with them on vacation or anyone who would like to charter a yacht during their stay to go enjoy a day on the water.

Entire space plus building amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

The Neighborhood:
Due to Broward County ordinances, we can not allow any street parking due to this property being a vacation rental. There is also a noise ordinance in effect starting at 10pm every night, so please remember to remain respectful of all our neighbors after this time.

Not quite ready for Luxury Rental.

This home is older and not quit ready as a luxury rental. I have rented 8 plus luxury properties through out US and Europe. This misses the mark. But I am hopeful they will get it to that point. PROS: Neighborhood is great Communication with rental agent was good Rental agency tried to make things right Beds are comfortable CONS: 3 bedrooms did not have TVs. We had to purchase one. Not fully furnished. Bedrooms only have nightstands and a random chair. Outdoor furniture is cheap and minimal. I had to rent a table and chairs for our family dinner. Gas fireplaces do not work. Ceiling fans did not all work. Multiple light bulbs are out in home. No additional linens or towels. Handles on 2 showers did not work. No hangers or toiletries or hairdryers Ice makers do not work Grill needed a part and refrigerators by grill did not work. No pantry items! Kitchen is gourmet..but has limited things to cook with. Internal sound system does not work. No Sonos or speakers provided. Unfortunately.. we needed the generator and that did not work. But it did set off the carbon monoxide alarms. No welcome basket or wine. When I have rented before, simple things were always provided in the luxury rentals. If you are a party group and don't mind these things, then you will be fine. If you are a luxury rental person, contact them for a detailed list of items in the home and ask what needs maintenance.
