The Flying B Ranch in Bertram is situated on a peaceful 52 acre ranch. This home features 3 beds, 2 full baths, large kitchen & living room and 2 dining areas. Enjoy your days and evenings relaxing, watching the wildlife, cows and sunsets by the fire pit. The outside enclosed patio is a great place to entertain family and friends. Located moments from local wineries, restaurants and shopping, this property is convenient to Liberty Hill and Burnet and Austin is just 45 minutes away. The Flying B is a clutter-free, tastefully decorated and warm and welcoming home. It’s a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life while still being close to Liberty Hill, Burnet, Marble Falls, and Austin, etc. This is a non-smoking, non-vaping rental. *There will be a $500.00 fee charged for smoking/vaping in the property.* *Pets are not allowed. There will be a $100.00 fee charged for pets brought onto the property. Other fees may be charged for extra cleaning/damage caused by pets.* Guests will sleep on comfortable beds with extra pillows. Nightlights are provided along with child outlet covers. Closets are stocked with hangers and extra blankets. You will find a Graco Pack N Play along with a folding toddler bed in the hall coat closet. The master closet is spacious and houses an iron and an ironing board along with a dresser. Bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, makeup remover towels, soap, blow dryers, and toilet paper. There are two brand-new smart TVs and Wi-Fi is provided. Beautiful natural light in the daytime, and a great outdoor space to watch the sunsets at night. We have deer, turkeys, longhorns, and a wild donkey named Gary. Comfortable seating for 5 in the living room with several extra chairs that can be used in any area of the house. This house has two dining areas. A kitchenette table that seats 4, and a dining room table that seats 6-8 people. The kitchen island can seat 4 people. The screened-in patio is a great place to gather as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, flatware, knives, dishes, coffee mugs, wine glasses, bakeware, etc. The coffee pot is drip (not Keurig), and there isn't an ice maker, but there are ice trays in the freezer. The laundry room provides an extra refrigerator and a washer and dryer. Board games and puzzles can be found in the hall closet. We aim to make you feel right at home and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure our guests are comfortable and happy. This property can accommodate large vehicles, trailers, RVs, campers, etc. The door code changes with each guest, and the door automatically locks. Guests need to keep their door code handy. This is a 52 acre working ranch with cows and longhorns. Occasionally you will see us checking on the cows, clearing cedar trees, mowing with the tractor, etc. No one will approach the house while guests are staying at the house.
