This gorgeous 3 bedroom 3 full bath townhouse is located in the tropical neighborhood of Kawama. This unit underwent a full renovation which was completed on December 17th 2015. It has porcelain floors throughout, a beautiful kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz counter tops and marble bathrooms. The unit also received all new furniture including king size beds for both master suites, televisions and decorations during the remodel. No expense has been spared!

Kawama is located in the heart of Key Largo just two miles south of John Pennekamp Park. There are near by fishing and dive boat fleets offering both group and private charters as well as many great local eateries offering the best in fresh sea-food and key lime pie. The Theater of the Sea and The Dolphin Research Center are both just miles away and both offer one on one dolphin interaction as well as many educational marine shows and tours. The famous Post Card Inn Resort and Sandbar (formerly known as Holiday Isle) is right down the road as well as the some of the best boating Florida has to offer.

The townhouse itself is a newly renovated end unit with a bright and spacious floor plan located right on the saltwater swimming lagoon. The first floor has one bedroom, one full bathroom and a family room with a 42 inch plasma TV decorated with a relaxing 'keys feel'. The second floor features a bright open living room, updated kitchen with all new appliances, one full bathroom and front and rear balconies. The front balcony houses a brand new gas grill while the rear balcony has a screen enclosure and plush outdoor seating. The third floor houses the two master suites both complete with new furniture and private balconies as well as the spacious updated master bath. The feature that really sets this unit apart from the rest is the spacious private wood deck which is a great place for the whole family to gather. The unit also comes with a custom lifted 2006 EZ-GO golf cart which seats four and is perfect for exploring the grounds or driving out to the point for some fishing or breath taking views of the keys sunset.

I have been vacationing in the Keys since I was a kid and have always dreamed of owning a vacation home of my own. Since returning from Iraq my dream finally seamed feasible and finally came to fruition. I truly love this property and have put a lot of hard work into it. I traveled to Key Largo with a family of six. We were pleasantly surprised by the property to say the least. The updates that Jarrett has done are beautiful. The home is comfortable and well stocked and Jarrett is a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be returning to this wonderful townhouse.

Notes:
This beautiful Kawama unit includes a 2006 EZ-GO golf cart which will be at the renters disposal. This is the only unit of its kind in Kawama with its own private deck. There is boat trailer parking in the complex as well as a full marina which has its own launching ramp.

Modern but comfortable..the decks are each wonderful, giving fresh air in all the large, cushy bedrooms. The kitchen/sitting room was perfect for our large family. And there was Bougainville blooming just off the deck!

Wonderful Place, Great Location

We had a great stay at this beautiful townhome. Tge location couldn't be in a better place, close to several restaurants and activities. The townhome has been beautifully renovated and our family of 5 was quite comfortable. The golf cart to get around the gated community was a great perk. We will definitely stay again next time we visit the keys!

Great townhouse!

We had a nice time at this place, short distance from most of the local attractions, and no issues with neighbors in the complex. Everyone was friendly and helped us to have a great experience. Would do it again, for sure.

Beautiful house!

Thanks for letting us stay at your wonderful house. It looks just like in the pictures. Spacious, well kept and tastefully furnished rooms. Our Kids loved the pool at the Club and to be cruised around with the Golf cart. We really hope to come back one day.
