This is a remodeled and very clean 4 bedroom, 2 baths home, situated in quiet neighborhood, in the best part of Anchorage. There is free parking for two cars in garage and two others in private drive. It has a large fenced in back yard, ideal for kids and summer barbeques. There are numerous bike paths and walking trails in the neighborhood. With easy access to Seward Hwy., close to grocery stores and restaurants. Within 10 minutes drive to the Alaska Zoo and Anchorage Golf Course.

Perfect spot for a getaway

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay. Rob was a great help with sharing information about the property and activities within the area. He was quick to respond to questions we had. The house is set in a quiet neighborhood close to all things. We had a wonderful time, despite some weather. If we ever make it back to Alaska we would stay again.

Lots of room!

Great use of space to relax after a day of adventuring. The host was extremely communicative when I asked questions. Overall, a really comfy stay!

Nice stay

Exactly as listed. We're from South Carolina so the snow was beautiful and amazing views in area.We were very comfortable and throughly enjoy it here. Definitely recommend.

Alaska Family Vacation

It was a wonderful family vacation with my two 30 something daughters, their husbands, my grandson and my sister and her husband. The house was very clean and well suited for all of our needs. It is in quiet neighborhood while also conveniently located for the Alaskan sites we wanted to visit. A 5-star choice.
