About this property

Originally built as Loeb Farms’ onsite veterinarian’s home, the recently renovated Queen’s Quarters now boasts 5 beautiful bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms to accommodate guests who will appreciate the property’s historic charm.

Queen’s Quarters is very well-suited for wedding parties and family reunions and is close to both Castle Farms and downtown Charlevoix. Also, it is one of our two homes near the Castle. Inquire about our other property that sleeps twelve.
It also can be rented for a reduced rate in the off-season for smaller groups. Send a message for more information!

We have 2 boats for rent, at additional costs. Not included with property rental.
We live nearby so we can be available on site if needed.

Please message, text or call with any questions. We are available 24/7, but please respect reasonable hours of 8am-9pm unless it's urgent. We want you to have everything you need to enjoy our home and do everything in our power to ensure that is the case!

We love to offer our input if you need suggestions. We can also line up great local babysitters, catering services and family photo shoots to capture your moments and turn them into lifelong memories!
The house is situated about a quarter mile into the neighborhood off a main highway. It's a very quiet neighborhood and many of the homes are beautiful estates that sit off the road. There is plenty of safe, quiet roads to walk.
The large driveway allows for parking of at least six vehicles.

In town for family gathering

We had 6 adults all getting ready for a wedding at the same time and there was lots of space so it was not stressful! Met all our needs, beautiful oudoor spaces!

Queen's Quarters Review

The house was very clean when we arrived, there were nine folks staying at the house. Everyone slept well - it's a very quiet location. The four bathrooms were convenient and fully functional, and the kitchen was well provisioned. We spent lots of time outside on the patio in the cool evenings (Labor Day weekend). All of us enjoyed our stay!

Nice house and property

Great house if you have a family wedding at Castle Farm and close to the town of Charlevoix for activities there! House is decorated very nice. Old house but very updated. Nice outdoor space.

Family Celebration

Our family enjoyed our time together staying at this historic house near the Castle in Charlevoix. The house is a bit dark and the shared living spaces are small, but the kitchen is bright and the surroundings are really pleasant. We enjoyed eating outside, although a larger dining set up would be great (there were 10 adults). Having 4 full baths was a plus, but no laundry facilities.

Why they chose this property

This more than 100-year-old property is special to me, as it holds a lot of local history. Charlevoix is a truly special place, and it’s our pleasure to host you in such a unique location! After deciding to oversee the property that we launched in 2020, I discovered that some of my distant relatives (who were stone masons) stood in the front yard, likely after the completion of the home. Ask me about it, and I’ll show you some photos!

What makes this property unique

We are within earshot of Castle Farms, making our property ideal for bridal parties and wedding guests!

We have some lawn games and a gas grill for seriously great summer cookouts!

Small OUTDOOR events can be hosted on-site; however, additional fees apply and as your on-site host, I ask to be involved in the general plan. Separate contract may apply, and rain plan is required. The interior of the home cannot be used to host an event. We retain the right to deny an event proposal.
