We stayed 4 nights for the country music festival. The accommodations were suitable for our visit. Don't look for anything fancy. If that's what you are looking for this is not the place for you.

Great getaway!

Great short getaway! Not far to get to the beach and other places. Condo is on the smaller side and needs some updates, but otherwise suited us just fine!

Much to be desired

Ron was amazing for immediately coming out to replace the air conditioner when the current one failed soon after we arrived . He was very kind and was eager to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, the housekeeping left much to be desired. Our feet were caked with sand and dirt after walking through the condo. We couldn't just let our little 1 & 3 yr olds play freely on the floor. The bathroom was quite dirty upon arrival. I found large piles of dirt and debris behind the bed when looking for my baby's pacifier. Drawers were used to store their stuff, closet was filled with comforters and dirty sheets, just thrown in a pile so we couldn't use the closet either. I had to stuff them into trash bags that were already in the closet filled with other stuff so they'd stop falling out of the closet. The closet door was broken and wouldn't shut and caused safety issues for our little ones. While sitting on the balcony, the screen door just fell off and onto me which was another safety concern. When renting any room or property, I expect some supplies to be available. There was a single 3/4 roll of toilet paper, 1/3 container of hand soap and some Dawn dish soap with a single sponge for us. There were no hand or paper towels, no trash bags. We had to go out and buy our own basic supplies and could not have cleaned if we wanted to. Some cleaning supplies should always be available. Peeling paint and outdated but I know he is a new owner. Since there is a pricey cleaning fee and 6 hour window for cleaning, I highly suggest hiring a new cleaning service. We definitely left the place cleaner than when we got there.

It was fine for a short stay

Our host was kind and attentive; answered whenever we called for the lock. But I would recommend doing a little more to the property. There’re some repairs or additions that will help improve. Such as, incomplete paint work and wall decals, cracks on ceilings, no hand towels or paper towels, mismatched tiles, dust and cobwebs, linens smelled, pillows stained. We also found a razor on the side of the drawers. I chose the location based on closeness to boardwalk but noticed that there were others closer.
