Centered conveniently 10 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from University of Lynchburg and only 3 minutes from Liberty University, with also every restaurant in Lynchburg to choose from at your fingertips. Quiet, safe and with all the essentials you need for your stay to make this house a home away from home for you!

Also, I, as the owner, stay in the basement of the property as a house hack when I am not away for work. Everything is totally separate from the rented space you will stay in as a guest. With that being said, I am always easy to get in touch with and happy to accommodate you to enhance your stay as a host!!

Asphalt and driveway

The inside of the house was arranged beautifully, however they had put down fresh asphalt at the gate to get in the house that sunk down as you tried to open it. I ruined my shoes and bottom of pants. Had to put down paper towels as to not ruin the shoes of other guests. The driveway is in horrible condition. Not to mention there is a tennant that lives in the basement of the rental. There was also trash scattered around the back of the property. The yard was full of branches and the downstairs shower had bugs in it. Also you could not adjust the thermostat whatsoever. the upstairs shower was clean but paint was peeling every where. The location in relation to where we were heading that night was great. We still had a good time together those things kind of put a damper on our time there.

Lynchburg LETDOWN

I am sorry to give a negative review, but this house did NOT live up to the positive reviews. While there were a few positives such as an early and easy check in process as well as nice towels and a nicely stocked coffee bar, the overall condition of the house was not good at all. The entire house needs a thorough deep clean and a new interior paint job as well as new/clean chairs in the living room and better quality bedding. The thermostats were complicated to use with no instructions as well as no instructions for the really nice but complicated television. In addition, all the return air vents were filthy, the dryer lint filter would not stay in place and the parking was horrible. I am sorry, but I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Swim meet all weekend

This house was close to the Liberty Natatorium and everything else we needed; grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. The house was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed hanging out on the side porch after a long day.

Graduation Stay

We were in town for our son’s graduation from Liberty University. The house was super close to the campus. The house was adorable and fit our purpose. My only negative was the cost. It was expensive for one night, although still less expensive than the $500/ a night hotels (we would have had to book 3 rooms). We were very fortunate to come across this listing. We would definitely stay again, hopefully longer next time to truly enjoy.
