Why they chose this property

We love having a view and walkability. This property has both. Lovely lake and mountain views. An easy walk to shops and restaurants and the fantastic park next door. Additionally, we love having the amenities of our HOA; pools, spas, gym, sauna, and paddleboarding on the lake. This property is a perfect fit for our lifestyle.

What makes this property unique

We find Scottsdale Bay club to be quiet and relaxing. Listening to the birds and watching the boats on the lake (electric, so we see them but do not hear them). A quick stroll for coffee, dinner, etc.
