ABOUT THE BUNGALOW...
Front Porch ---
The first thing you will find when you arrive at the bungalow is a covered porch with rocking chairs, ready for a relaxing chat with friends and family. You'll enter the front door with a unique keyless entry code.
Living Room --
Inside the front door, you'll find a a large window giving you the perfect light to read. If movies are more your style, the living room boasts a television with Roku and local channels and a cozy electric fireplace.
Bedrooms --
There are three bedrooms in total. Two bedrooms with queen beds are located off the living room. The first bedroom features a Lucid memory foam mattress for those that like a stiffer bed, the back bedroom has a softer mattress. The third bedroom is located just through the kitchen and features one full size bed. This room also has some toys for children. Each bed has four pillows of various stiffness for optimum comfort. All three bedrooms surround the single bathroom with two access doors. The fourth bed is the queen sized memory foam pull-out couch in the living room.
Dining Room --
Off of the living room, you will find a dining room with a dining table that seats six but can be expanded for more.
Kitchen--
You will find a fully loaded kitchen with everything you will need to cook meals during your stay. We will have tea, coffee, cream, hot cocoa & sugar available. The bungalow kitchen is also loaded up with pots, pans, bowls, a strainer, utensils, fridge, gas range and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and a kettle. Salt and pepper are in shakers on the shelves under the cabinets. Cleaning supplies and extra trash bags are under the sink. There is a broom, dustpan and mop next to the fridge.
Bathroom --
We leave at least one bath towel and two wash cloths per guest, plus a couple of extras. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, cotton balls, cotton rounds, make-up remover towelettes and a few extra rolls of toilet paper for guests. A hair dryer, first aid kit and other bath products are available in the cabinet next to the sink.
Guest Access --
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home and front yard. A unique keycode will be sent to guests on the day of arrival.
Parking --
The bungalow has STREET PARKING ONLY. The neighbor to the North has a driveway, please do not park there. Up to two cars can park directly in front of the house, facing the South, between the neighbor's driveway to the North and the other neighbor's hedge to the south.
Remote Working --
High speed WIFI is available and the table in the dining room is perfect for using as a large workspace.
Cleaning --
Cleaning and disinfecting are our top priority and we are committed to having a clean space for you and your family. Everything from linens to highly touched areas are cleaned thoroughly between guests.
NO Smoking/Vaping Inside --
Smoking, in accordance with Colorado law, is permitted outside on the patio. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts. Smoking anything (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) inside the home is NOT PERMITTED - loss of security deposit will occur.
There is another house on the premises. They have their own private fenced in yard and ally parking. It's likely you won't see much of them, but we ask you to be as considerate as possible if you do.
