HOWEVER... once you arrive to the cabin, you might not want to leave! Unbelievable amenities like your very own INDOOR SWIMMING POOL, pool table, Arcade games like NBA Jam Time," large flat screen TVs in every bedroom and common room, Outdoor patio with fire pit, relaxing hot tub, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, granite countertops, washer/dryer combo, custom-made beds and even more!

SLEEPING LAYOUT: 3 bedrooms in POOLIN' AROUND that sleep up to 12 guests and NO SLEEPER SOFAS OR FUTONS! Bedroom 1 has a King-sized bed and it's own bathroom with tile shower. Completely inaccurate listing, we left after the first night.
First we left after one night of a four night stay and rented another property. The online description left out that there was construction in sight of the hot tub with workers banging away about 40 feet down the hill from the hot tub. The other houses were directly on top of the house. Powerlines, a construction site and direct view of a neighbors house were the views. The house is clearly made for a rental with cheap spartan furnishings(downstairs “bunk” mattresses are just laying on the floor). Everything about the house was cheap (linens, furniture, down to the door handles). The house was dusty (huge cobwebs in the window) and had bugs in it when we checked in. They had these weird Gatorade bottle insect catchers field with black flies all over the deck- very gross. I submitted photos of the bugs inside the house to Vrbo. I would not recommend this property in its current state. Very, very disappointed and first time I’ve ever left a house after one night. There was trash all by the hot tub. The pictures of the house on line are very deceptive, if you look closely you can see the next door house outside the large window shots. We called the rental company through Vrbo and were told we would hear back from management and never did. Had a new house booked within an hour of arriving on property.

Great Gatlinburg Location
The house was beautiful with plenty of space. Very close to downtown Gatlinburg, less than a mile down the hill. The house had plenty of towels, but they are quite small. Beds and pillows were comfy. A couple of things to note (not complaining, only fyi's): 1. There isn't a dresser or closet in the downstairs bedroom. 2. The living room only has a 3-seater couch. 3. The starter toilet paper and paper towels are very thin and don't last long. 4. It's harder than you'd think to find firewood in the local stores. 5. The ice maker doesn't work.

100% Relaxation
It was an absolutely gorgeous cabin! The majority of time we spent together was on the front porch/deck. It was the perfect place to sit and have your morning coffee and then end the day with your cocktail. The street was secluded and even though there were a few other houses, we were the only people on the street. It was located only a mile from downtown Gatlinburg, so easily walking distance, but we did see some bears during the day so we never did walk. The cabin was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. However, there were a few things we thought we could offer as suggestions. There was no firewood for the great firepit that was there, so we had to buy some. There wasn't a dresser, nor was there a closet, in the downstairs bedroom. There were 8 of us sharing that room, trying to live out of suitcases and still have room to walk around. We also got the impression from the listing that the swimming pool and the swimming pool room were bigger than what they were. The adults never got in to swim, but the kids used it. The game room and pool table were nice for the kids as well. The bathrooms needed more hooks to hang up wet towels. Now, we knew we were in the mountains and such so we did expect some critters. However, the bottom floor had several little millipede type insects each day. They were abundant in the mornings but we'd kill them and then only see a few more throughout each day. We never found any on the top bunks but we did find them in the bottom bunks a couple of times because those mattresses just sat on the floor. It would probably be a lot better if those mattress had some type of platform under them. This review may seem more negative than positive but we are hoping it will all be taken as constructive criticism because we deeply enjoyed our time here overall. It was our first time in Gatlinburg and we would definitely love to return to this cabin someday!
