Close to everything

Everything was as advertised. Stayed there six. When the dishwasher suddenly decided to stop working, Chevie, the property manager, worked to get it replaced as quickly as possible under the circumstances.

Great House

Great house close to Dunedin and Clearwater in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for my family of 4. Backyard was very nice & relaxing. Inside was spacious with 2 bed rooms on one side and the master on the other side. I would stay there again.

Ultra-Quiet and Ultra-convenient

If we had to pick one word to describe this property, it's Quiet. And many extra points for Location, Location, Location! It is tucked away in a residential neighborhood in Clearwater and just a few blocks from Dunedin, and we found it had easy access to all the attractions/eateries/facilities in the area. The neighborhood was quite safe and we walked back from a few "sunset viewing" excursions without worries. Home is a 15-min walk to Sunset Point. Chevie responded almost instantly to any of our questions, and during our 4-week stay we only had to purchase a pair of scissors -- everything else was right there! We'd have to say it is not the Taj Mahal of vrbo properties. More "basic" than "elegant". But it suited our needs.
