*LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION !!!(in the heart of all action of Panama City Beach, about a mile east of the condo. Our condo is completely remodeled, across the street from the beach and you can see the beach from the dining room table. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
* Easy and Convenient Beach
*Roku TV, Netflix, each room has own TV , 3 TVs wth Roku conect.
* Kitchenette includes a cooking pots, a big fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pan and all cooking utensils you need for cooking.
The space
This condo is great, because it is close to everything. It’s only one mile from Pier Park for great restaurants. The nearest grocery store and liquor store are about a block down the road. The beach is across the street and there is a trolley stop directly in front of the building.

You will have access to two pools. The closest pool is straight down from the unit and you can see it from the dining room window.

We are one the top floor, and ask you to show respect to your neighbors beneath you.
The condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.
