Our Portland classic & charming 1905 craftsman home is updated with all of the modern amenities you could ask for.
The space
You'll feel at home here in our 3 story, quintessential 1905 craftsman home with all the modern upgrades you would want. The home has a spacious 2500 sq ft and three levels (each level has a bedroom + bathroom) that you can relax and unwind.

1 yoga studio/ workout space

3 heat pump units that serves as both warm heat & cold AC

Two of the bedrooms are master suites with bathrooms attached. A third bathroom is on the main level with a brand new cast iron tub that keeps water toasty for hours. There is also a 4th small bedroom that outfitted as an office - complete with external monitor, keyboard and laptop stand - great if you’re working from home!

If you need a 2nd office, the third bedroom on the main level can also be used as a 2nd larger office (or to have a crib) - we can accommodate removing the bed from the room - just let us know!

You will also have full access to your own personal yoga studio/ workout space! Turn on the heat and spin to your favorite tunes or zen out to your online yoga class. Spin bike, treadmill, yoga mat, weights and pilates machine included!

Walk, bike or scoot to one to the many local breweries or cafes nearby. Or stay put and watch the bees in the sunny back yard. On the cold winter eves relax with tea and a book in front of the fireplace.

Only a 15 min walking distance from hip Alberta St with many awesome eateries and Portlandia shops. There are several amazing parks walking distance away as well... that your pup will love!
