This bright 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is nestled on a 4 acre peach orchard, just steps from the famous Palisade fruit and wine byway. Enjoy a glass of wine on the patio overlooking the views of the Bookcliffs and Mt. Garfield. Walking distance from several wineries. Enjoy mountain biking, hiking, rafting, paddle boarding, fishing, skiing, and more. With unforgettable sunsets and memories to last a lifetime, this is the perfect getaway for you.

Because this is a working orchard. The peach trees had to be removed fall 2022. It’s opened up the views and spectacular sunsets! New peach trees will be planted spring 2023 and will take a few years to mature! We hope you enjoy our piece of paradise!

Perfectly Peachy!

This was the perfect place to stay to experience the agri-culture of Palisade. The peach festival aside, we picked our own peaches and tasted world class wine, just down the street. The house was cool on some hot days and comfortable for two couples. Loved the patios!

Great stay!

Great place for a weekend away. The place was very clean and had everything needed to make the stay comfortable including an amazing view of the night sky from the patio! Check in/ out was easy. It’s close enough to many of the wineries on the plateau to bike however If you are planning to bike to the downtown area be aware that it is about 4.5 miles one way and there is a huge hill (400 ft gain in about 1/4 mile) that you will have to go down/ back up. Also, we discovered that you have to open the windows and bedroom doors at night to keep the house cool with the swamp cooler. This might not be an issue when it’s not summer and 98 degrees but I’m a light sleeper so having the windows open ideal as every little noise woke me up. It was still a great place to stay and we had a wonderful time!

Girls Weekend

We had a great stay here, and spent our time touring wineries and downtown Palisade. Would recommend staying here and making a trip to Hermosa Winery and Restoration.

Located just steps from several wineries, it sits back off the street and is surrounded by peach trees. The quiet location is the perfect place to relax, enjoy and incredible sunset and a nice glass of wine. Perfect for people who need to work with 2 desks and high speed internet.
