The Palm is the expansive main floor of a wonderful old Victorian home which was duplexed long ago and changed throughout the years. You'll have private access to the first floor and your own entrance. We love this place for its high ceilings, vintage decor, original hardwood floors, and quiet red brick road neighborhood! With queen size comfy beds, chill out living room with smart TV, eat-in kitchen area with all the essentials, you may want to stay longer!

If you're looking for new and perfect, this is not it. It is a cool old house in a neat location. The Palm is an early 1900's victorian home. The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is quaint. Located just a pleasant walk from restaurants, bars, breweries, entertainment, museums, historic walking tours, and the riverfront. Parking is free, easy, and ample on the street in front of the house.

Guests will have access to the entire lower level floor and a private entrance.

Located on a quaint brick road, The Palm is walking distance to downtown and the river walk. Pleasant historic neighborhood.

Street parking is ample in front of The Palm and is free.

The Palm is a very old house, please treat it with respect. If historic charm and unique turn-of-the-century eccentricities aren't your thing, perhaps you may want to consider more modern accommodations.

Checkout is 11am, but we can offer late checkout as availability allows. 12pm checkout is $20, and 1pm checkout is $30. Please contact us first and if we can accommodate your late checkout, we will be happy to.
