Boat dock with cleats for storing your boat in front of townhome. Enjoy lake life living with all the conveniences of the city. Sleeps 10, with cable, high speed Wi-Fi, full size Washer/Dryer, covered Patio deck and Propane grill. Enjoy fishing, or swimming off the dock or floating in front of the quiet cove. Boat cleats provided to tie your boat dockside in front of the townhome. The waterside yard is large and spacious, bring a Volleyball net, Horseshoes, or Washer Boards for entertainment. Just minutes from Margaritaville, Walden Yacht Club and Pool and numerous other restaurants for your convenience.

Excellent Property

My family and I were in the Montgomery area for the Renaissance Festival. The 6 of us enjoyed this property; it’s views of the Lake and all its amenities. Check in and check out was easy. I would highly recommend this property!
