About this property

Our new cottage is located 2 mn walk to the quietest and prettiest side of Tropic of Cancer beach, overlooking a salt lake, very private, ideal for a couple looking for a quiet environment. It is located next to our solar farm (yes, we are off-grid, you will never experience power outage or generator noise).
The cottage features:
- a large bedroom with king-size bed
- a bathroom with a 45x45 shower and rainshower head, elegant vanity, front load washer and dryer, tankless on-demand hot water, all plumbing fixtures are Grohe
- a main open space kitchen/living room
* kitchen: fridge/freezer combo, induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, island seating 3
and all you need to cook, bake and serve
* living-room: seating area including a sofa/chaise, coffee and end tables, 65" smart
TV and sound system
- a large porch: 2 seat-jacuzzi, lounge chairs, chair and ottoman, love seat and coffee table

Lovely secluded cottage on a salt lake with easy beach access

This little cottage was perfect in every way! It’s right off of Tropic of Cancer beach with private beach access. Valerie was terrific whenever we had a question. It has its own internet, water, and electric so there was never a power interruption. Highly recommend if you are planning to stay at this end of the island!
