From the Airport:

- Taxi: Taxis are available at both O'Hare International Airport and Midway International Airport. The fare from O'Hare to Avondale will be around $35-$45, while the fare from Midway will be around $45-$55.
- Public Transit: The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) provides train and bus service throughout the city, including to both airports. From O'Hare, take the Blue Line train towards Forest Park and get off at the Logan Square station. From there, transfer to the #76 bus northbound to Avondale. The total cost will be $5 per person. From Midway, take the Orange Line train towards the Loop and transfer to the #56 bus northbound to Avondale.

In the event that any of the rules are not followed, there will be a corresponding fee to cover any necessary repairs, additional cleaning, and disturbances.

- Parties, events, and social functions are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
- Illegal activities, drugs, and any kind of commotion are not allowed on the property.
- No undeclared guests are allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- Do not leave the place excessively dirty.
- Please do not lose the keys or take them with you when you leave.
- Please declare if you will bring a pet and advise how many you will be bringing along. Building only allows cats and will incur a $50 per pet fee. Unauthorized bringing of pets is subject to a penalty. We kindly ask that pets are not left alone in the unit.
