Built in 2018, this contemporary Beachside Village vacation rental boasts 3 decks, 2 living areas, a large kitchen, and close proximity to the beach and Historic Downtown Galveston. Perfect for multiple families or couples getaways, everyone will love Moss Hill!

The elevator makes it a breeze to unload your luggage & groceries. With your first step inside, you’ll feel right at home in the bright and airy open floor plan. Lounge on the sectional, curl up with a good book, or gather around the dining table and put a puzzle together. Cooking is easy in the spacious kitchen, fully-equipped with 6-burner gas range, double oven, and large island perfect for preparing and serving family meals.

You’ll also find a queen bedroom with private en suite bath, laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, and a half bath off the hall on the main level.

Upstairs, the primary king suite is a luxurious retreat with sitting area and private covered deck. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in closet, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Past the 2nd living area’s seating area & TV and down the hall are two queen bedrooms and a bunk bedroom with 2 built-in pyramid bunks. Small families, teens, couples, or siblings will love this cozy space with shiplap accents.

Head outside to barbecue up a special meal on the charcoal grill and dine al fresco on the patio’s picnic table. On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.

The house was exactly as described/pictured and the proximity to the beach made it easy for people to come and go as they wanted. Communication with the management company was great throughout the entire process. I would absolutely stay at this property again!

Memorable Family vacation !!
This is a beautiful home located with in walking distance to the beach. My husband and I rented the home as a mini vacation for our children and grandchildren. Everyone had their own space and a more than ample family area for everyone to gather for meals, fun and a lot of laughs. The rental was clean and well stocked with all of the comforts of home. We enjoyed this beach house and the area so much we have decided to make it a yearly family reunion destination . Thank you for making our family vacation a memorable one.
