Walk to the beautiful private Elder Lake. Entertain from the front deck facing the lake with all the amenities you need including a BBQ! Separate downstairs living area with two queen beds and private living area and custom bath. Upstairs living has living room, opens to balcony dining area. Well-appointed kitchen. Private bedroom with full bath on second level, opens to a large private back deck. Third floor has bunk room with two twin beds. Plus, a private bedroom with a double bed and a half bath. Canoe and paddle boat are available for your use in the lake. Two separate walking trails behind cabin take you to another lake (Woodland Lake) and the second trail takes you to the White Mountain Nature Center!

Beautiful location

I would recommend this location. The location is beautiful. Comfortably sleeps 2-3 families. If you are not good with stairs, I would not recommend as there are 3 levels. This being said the property is laid out very nicely. Only draw back was the cleanliness. The dishes were not all clean, but I’m sure this is due to whomever stayed prior to us since the cleaning of the dishes is left up to you. There were pea pods in one of the beds under the sheets and some dirt/wood shavings in the kitchen. Also keep in mind if you bring a pet. There is a nice gated area off the main floor bedroom. But if your pet goes under the deck, they can get out.

Lovely lake view!!

Beautiful setting. Great view of lake from balcony, barbecuing on the deck with family fantastic. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that the garbage was overflowing & nowhere to place our garbage for a few days. The main light in kitchen wasn’t working & I received no response when I emailed. The place was clean & the front room was cool when we arrived. The placed is as pictured. We would rebook. The area reminded us of Tahoe. Very peaceful. Thank you

Getaway from the Phx heat

The weather was beautiful. The breeze made it cooler. The rental was just like described. Loved the view of the private lake. My busband enjoyed fishing there even though he only caught small fish but you could see the larger ones coming up to make fun of him. Seeing the dear early in the morning was a nice surprise.
