PARKING:
One (1) Car Garage Parking (approx. 7ft W x 17ft L x 6'10H) | 1 SM to MD SUV/Truck. Will fit G-Wagon, Toyota RAV4. Toyota Tacoma will fit, however garage door will not close. Street parking is very tight during summer and varies on street sweeping schedule. Several overnight and over-sized parking lots within walking distance, but they do fill up quickly.

Great get away

Stayed for 4 nights. Space was clean and spacious. While we didn't cook the kitchen was stocked with all essentials. Close to all things that we wanted to do. There weren't many restaurant options on the main strip near the apartment. You can walk for sure but know it will be a mile or more. Otherwise a block from the beach and the bay right behind. Nice and quiet. The property manager was amazing with communication when needed and had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was also incredibly friendly. This was a great stay for us.

Comfortable

When I started my search on VRBO and came upon this property I said to myself, this is perfect! Not to mention the property included a garage (huge plus) it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Diana provided us with all the necessary access information (garage code & entry into the apartment). The kitchen is fully stocked with everything one needs to prepare a delicious meal. The large assortment of spices! It felt like I had entered my home pantry. The bed is extremely comfortable not to mention "loved the linens"! The overall size of the space is absolutely perfect. The location couldn't be better, so close to the airport and many attractions that San Diego has to offer. Your space in everything and more! We will definitely be back. Kind regards, Jo-Ann & David

Great home away from home

This home is set up very comfortably with space to have privacy from each other. Lots of storage. Kitchen is well stocked with full-size appliances. Keurig coffee maker. Toyota Corolla fits in the private garage. Peninsula and the ocean are just steps away. Quiet neighborhood. Great food within walking distance.

Great stay on beach

The stay was amazing to be on beach. The unit was cozy and had all essentials. It truly felt like a home away from home. As stated by others the garage is tight so book a smaller vehicle. The place is a short walk to the boardwalk for food and entertainment. The owners were very responsive when we had questions or issues and resolved right away.
