*Experience the ultimate beach day at Shell Island (less than 4 miles away from our condo!). Families can enjoy everything from sunbathing and beachcombing (the island is home to countless indigenous shells) to kayaking, swimming, snorkeling, and dolphin tours!

*Parking for 1 vehicle per unit. $30 (cash only) must be paid at the time of registration to the Resort.
After payment, you will receive a parking pass and the armbands. Armbands must be on all the time while you are at the property and using amenities.

***NO BALCONY in the condo. Only in the common areas in the hallway.

*You can open the window to get fresh air from the ocean.

*After arrival, you need to register at the registration desk. Valid ID required at the time of registration. After you pay $30 (cash only) parking fee to the resort (for the whole state for the whole family) you will receive a parking pass.

*There will be 4 armbands provided for the guests in the condo. Guest must leave the armbands at the same place at the unit before the check out.

***Guests will be charged $10 for each missing armband.

***If you arrive after working hours you can register the next day or ask the security officer for a temporary parking pass (if he is available, he might be checking properly around). It is okay to park your car without a parking pass overnight.

***Guest must be 21 years old to book the condo. A valid ID is required at the time of registration.

*Beach Services in Panama City beach are open and available from March 1- October 31

***Florida has an abundance of naturally appearing wildlife. Florida's warm and humid climate creates a breeding ground for many animals and pest insects: lizards, geckos, ants, palmetto bugs, mosquitoes, and more. Occasionally some insects may fly in when a front door or window is open just like a fly would seek water or shelter. Although annoying, they provide food for other insects and animals. Please check and be familiar with Florida Wild Life before visiting.
