If you're looking for the Silver Lining for your family beach vacation, this lovely, three-bedroom, ocean-view condo is just the escape you need. With over 1,700 square feet of spacious relaxation, all just a block from sunny Sandbridge Beach, you're sure to enjoy every moment.

The Seaside Condos offer a large in-ground pool and off-street parking (no elevator). The condo itself has a bright and open floor plan with granite countertops, tile flooring, and lovely maple cabinetry in the kitchen. In the adjacent family room, you'll find tasteful furnishings and a 65-inch LCD TV with a Blu-ray/DVD player, an assortment of movies, DVDs, HBO, and a surround-sound home theater system.

Dinner is always a wonderful occasion on the balcony, which provides plenty of seating for outdoor entertaining, or inside at the dining room table and the granite bar. Silver Lining is also exceptionally equipped with all the utensils and culinary accessories you'll need in the kitchen.

After a day at the beach, enjoy a soak in the jetted tub or kick back in the spacious primary bedroom with a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, and a 32-inch HDTV with a Blu-ray/DVD player. The two ample-sized additional bedrooms offer queen-size beds, 24-inch HDTVs, and Blu-ray/DVD players as well. The living room's queen-size sofa bed creates additional space for comfortable sleeping arrangements.

Things to Know
There are no grills for guest use at the Seaside Condo Complex and use of personal grills is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including decks, patios, and common use areas.
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
