This adorable beach cottage, aptly named Sea La Vie, proves that location is in fact everything. Perched right at the end of the Rudee Inlet Bridge and just across from Croatan Beach, you'll be a matter of minutes from the boardwalk, beaches, restaurants, shopping, and more.

This four-bedroom, two-bathroom beach home has a bright, open floor plan with cable service and free WiFi provided throughout. The full kitchen offers granite countertops and a large island/bar that make for fun family meals and great entertaining. After dinner each evening, you'll find TVs in the family room and the three main bedrooms.

Grill outside on the deck in the fully fenced backyard, where you'll also find a large shed to store your beach gear. Two adult bikes and one kids' bike are provided as well, so you can ride to the beach and tour the whole area nearby. Love to fish? Want to charter a boat for some deep-sea fishing or a romantic evening cruise? Cross the bridge and head left to Rudee Inlet. Ready to soak up some sun on Croatan Beach? Just make a right out of the driveway and a quick left at Croatan Road. There's a public parking lot at 920 Vanderbilt Avenue and street parking as well. Or, cruise the Virginia Beach Boardwalk and hit the beach within a few minutes' drive north.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
