Coco Cabana Beach House - renovated with Private Bar and Cabana in backyard

Single family home a few blocks from the beach. Recently renovated house featuring new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. The private backyard features the perfect environment to relax and refresh or entertain - including an oversized cabana that is great for all summer weather (rain or shine), as well as a full wet bar with sinks and an outdoor stove for a summer cookout. Connected to the bar is a FULL bathroom with an outdoor shower, perfect for washing off after a long day at the beach.

***Please note that this is NOT a party house, this is a rental for families and responsible friends only - Adults must meet a minimum requirement of 25 years of age***

Walk east and enjoy time at the beach or on the Seaside boardwalk. Walk 1 block west and enjoy Jet Skis rentals, paddle boards, boats, crabbing, bay sunsets and more.
