Serenely situated in the woods of Nekoosa close to Petenwell Lake, this cozy home is a place for anglers, water sports enthusiasts, golfers, and all lovers of Wisconsin's great outdoors. Find a fantastic public beach on Lake Petenwell only one mile away and Sand Valley Golf Resort two miles away.

This two-level home is both classic and comfortable. Enter into the main living space upstairs to find large windows that let in the light and an open layout that brings together the living room, the kitchen, and the dining room. The kitchen has every essential appliance needed, an island breakfast bar, and an adjacent dining table. There are three small decks with seating outside, all with a view of the woods and one with a gas grill for summer barbecues.

At night, you can pile on the sectional sofa in the living room to watch movies or head downstairs to play pool in the billiard room or watch movies in the den. When it's time to turn in, you'll have your choice of two bedrooms on the main floor, including a primary suite with a soaking tub in its private bathroom. There are two more bedrooms downstairs on the lower level.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
