Relax with the whole family at this lake house in Prosperity! This house has 2 King Bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 Bunk Room downstairs with 2 Twin beds, 1 Bunk Room upstairs with 3 Twin and 1 Full bed. The downstairs master is perfect for older family members due to its accessibility features. Off the back door is a 4 season room that can be enjoyed no matter the weather. The backyard has a deep water dock with 2 kayaks to enjoy. There is a fire pit that is surrounded by adirondack chairs.

Walking up to this beautiful lake house you will be greeted with a quaint front porch. You will then enter the house through the front door. There is a lovely entrance way that leads you into the living quarters.

Living Room-
The living room is spacious with plenty of seating. There are 2 sofa couches with 2 chairs for you and your guests to enjoy. The back wall has windows and a set of French doors to provide a scenic view. There is a TV mounted on the wall for you to watch your favorite TV show or movie. A fireplace is just below the TV to offer a cozy environment.

Dining Room-
The dining room is also surrounded with windows for you to enjoy the beautiful view while eating. There is a dining room table with seating for up to 8. There is also a high chair available.

Kitchen-
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a home cooked meal or enjoy one from a nearby restaurant. The appliances are stainless steel giving this space a modern feel. There is additional seating available at the counter top.

Guest Bathroom-
A half bathroom is located right off the entry way.

Master Bedroom-
The master bedroom is located on the first floor making it convenient for any guests that may have trouble walking up and down the stairs. It is furnished with a king bed. This bed has comfortable, clean sheets and pillows for you to get a good nights sleep in. There are two end stands with lamps in case you want to unwind and read a book before bed. There is a closet and dresser available for you to put your belongings away.

Master Bathroom-
The master bathroom has a private access off of the master bedroom. This bathroom is stunning and modern. There is a shower with a glass door and tile for a sleek look, as well as a his and hers sink.

Bedroom 2-
Bedroom 2 has a king size bed that also comes with clean sheets and pillows for your guests to get a restful nights sleep. There are 2 end tables with lamps in this room as well. This room comes with a seating area by the window to be enjoyed! There is a closet and dresser in here as well for additional storage.

Bedroom 3-
Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed that also comes with clean sheets and pillows for your guests to get a restful nights sleep. There are also 2 end tables and lamps in this room. This room comes with a seating area by the window as well for your guests to enjoy. This third bedroom also has a closet and dresser available.

Bedroom 4-
Bedroom 4 is furnished with twin bunk beds. This bedroom also comes with a closet and dresser for you to use.

Bedroom 5-
Bedroom 5 is located upstairs and is considered the large bunk room. This bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds and also has a twin over full bunk bed. There is closet space and a dresser available for you to use. A bonus on this room is the nice window seat with a breathtaking view for you and your guests to use while in the room.

Bathroom 3-
This bathroom has beautiful tile flooring. There is a tub/shower combo and has storage under the sink for you to put some of your bathroom essentials away.

Bathroom 4-
This bathroom has beautiful tile flooring. There is a tub/shower combo and has storage under the sink for you to put some of your bathroom essentials away.

Bathroom 5-
Bathroom 5 is located right off of bedroom 4 with the twin bunk beds. This bathroom has a glass shower for your guests to use.

Out Back-
The back porch is surrounded by windows making it the perfect all season room. You can sit out here and enjoy the gorgeous views with having an indoor feel. There is a a deep water dock if you want to enjoy the lake. We provide two kayaks to whoever wants to go out on an adventure. Sit around a fire in our Adirondack chairs and enjoy some s’mores. This backyard is the perfect setting to make lifelong memories together.

A beautiful respite!!!

We had a large group visiting from all over! This house was perfect for allowing many beds with a central location for hanging together! The property is beautiful, on a peninsula of Lake Murray! Dock with outdoor picnic area and charcoal grill, is a great place to relax in good weather. All around great experience!

Our family enjoyed being here! It was a very well laid out home and extremely comfortable. Hopefully plan to spend time this summer if an available date for all happens! We thought it was a great choice!

Nice house and location

The house was very nice. I did not like the early check-in process. I feel if I am.willing to pay $50 for early check in, it should be guaranteed. I work for a resort and if the room happens to be open before check in we just let people check in not charge more. We didnt find out until 1:45 would could check in at 2 and by then made other plans. The person i communicated with was great! Did let us get in a little early for free due to situation. Some leavebehinds in the house from last guest left after cleaning. The biggest complaint was the Wi-Fi. I feel like if the Wi-Fi is that bad it should be described in the notes. We were 12 guys sitting around trying to draft fantasy football and we had to change our plans due to the wifi which made everything take so much longer. So much buffering watching movies or TV. Barely could load web pages in phones/laptops. It was very very bad. The house was very nice though, location great!

Perfect layout for large families

We always vacation with another family every year. This house checked a lot of boxes for us because the layout was perfect. We spent a lot of time in the sunroom! The view of the lake was perfect. Its also a perfect spot to drink your coffee in the morning. There were plenty of bathrooms which is nice when everyone comes in from the lake and is ready to shower. The kitchen is spacious and it made cooking for 9 people easier then most places we have stayed in the past. One draw back, we all had tmobile as a cell carrier and we did not have great service. The internet is not great which was only a problem for the one family member that was taking online classes. So if you plan on working remotely this could be a problem. One family member had verizon and she didnt have the problems that the rest of us had. Being unplugged isnt a bad thing..but not everyone can completely unplug. The yard is flat enough in spots that we played spikeball and kan jam. We caught a huge catfish off the dock. The kayaks were enjoyed by all! If you kayak around to the left you might get as lucky as we did and see deer. We saw nine deer! There are a few logs in the water and you can spot turtles. It was a great stay.
