The family memories will last forever at this incredible beach home. With plenty of room for everyone, this lovely and updated home includes plenty of front and back yard space to run around on the grass; a hot tub for relaxing in the evenings; fireplace in the living room to warm up to; a family room with flat screen TV, piano, wet bar, and access to the deck to lounge on and enjoy the ocean views or soak up the sun; and a game room complete with shuffle board, pool table, flat screen TV, wet bar, and popcorn machine. The fun continues when you leave the house and make the short walk down to the beach and downtown Cayucos, which are both only a few blocks away.

Perfect for family gatherings

If you like to cook, this house has a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials. It's also a house designed for fun with 2 wet bars, game room, and pool table. The main area, game room, and pool room are on different levels so that everyone has plenty of space to relax.

Great for large family .

Exceeded expectations! Perfect for indoor and outdoor family time. Very nice neighborhood. Just a couple blocks to town and beach. Altogether great family vacation.

Great Sleepy beach town rental

For a sleepy beach town getaway, this house is close to the beach and provides so much space at home for multiple families and friends to get together and relax.

This home had everything one could desire… clean and lots of fun nooks and rooms to enjoy… a short walk to the beach and down town area.. we loved it!

Beds were good, & great location Towels dingy, only 1 washcloth we could find No beach towels/ extra blankets for beach Dirt, spider webs, floors Too much excess food, condiments, junk in all closets, under sinks & kitchen All cabinets filthy Hot tub cover poor condition & cobwebs everywhere TV, internet signage poor Everything out dated, too much clutter
