Welcome to Tengeri Mara (Margaret's Sea). With a southeast ocean view in the Sanctuary at False Cape, this distinctive, yet cozy condo offers hardwood floors in the living area, unique decor, warm-colored walls, and open panoramic views of the ocean from its two private balconies, as well as the sunsets off the Back Bay. Spend your day at the beach or lounging at the swimming pool. One of the three pools at the Sanctuary is just around the corner from your door. Then relax in the living room area for a movie night with the entire family using the 54-inch plasma flat screen TV, while spread out on the comfy sectional. The chandeliered dining room provides seating for up to 10 guests, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you may need for any meal. There are grills for barbecuing just outside the front door on the garden patio, as well as dining for 8 on the balcony. The Master Suite invites you in with unique artwork, a cozy poster king-size bed and pillow top mattress, two dressing chairs, a cable equipped 50-inch flat screen TV. large walk-in closet space, and a private full bathroom. The 2nd Master Suite offers a Queen Size bed, large dresser, closet, a 50-inch flat screen TV, and a private full bathroom. Suite 3 offers a Twin over Full size bunk bed set and a Twin over Twin Bunk bed set providing sleep arrangement for up to 5 additional guests, and a flat screen TV. There is a full size bathroom just outside this bedroom for the children. Included in the hallway is a laundry room with washer and dryer. Master: King bed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was very roomy, had plenty of dishes, pans, silverware. Unfortunately rooms were not cleaned very well. We did our own cleaning. Great grandson pulled out dog bones, raw hide bones, trash from under couches and beds. Had to buy flea spray d/t furniture, rugs had fleas and bitten several times.

Just ok

My family loves Sandbridge and we’ve been spending a summer week here on and off for almost 20 years. The condo was a good size and was convenient to the beach. However, the dishwasher was broken for our entire stay with very poor communication about getting it fixed. I was told the appliance repair person was coming but no one came. Seven people eating 3 meals a day plus snacks make a lot of dishes. There was a slow tub drain, which was fixed when I requested it. The property has 3 pools but one was closed the entire week for some kind of maintenance on the filter. The remaining pools had precious few chairs/loungers for all the people that were there to use them.

Perfect

Location was oerfect, kitchen well stocked for a beach stay and furnishing comfortable. Pleny of room for our family stay....even on rainy days. The two balconies were a bonus feature allowing for quite places to read and relax.

Great stay!

This was a wonderful property! The balcony has a nice view of the beach. Everything was clean and the property manger texted us for quick and easy communication. We love staying at Sanctuary at Sandbridge. Beautiful, large beach, multiple pools, and great fitness room. Overall, it exceeded our expectations!

There were 9 of us. The condo is beautiful and well equipped. Right by the beach!

Renting this condo was super easy! We put 50% down then paid the rest about a month before our trip. We received emails and texts confirming the details and a phone call shortly before we were set to travel. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly!
